In this Privacy Notice (“Notice”), MVP Interactive, LLC. (collectively “we”, “us”, or “our”) provide information about how we collect, use, process, and transfer personal data. For this Notice, we use the term “personal data” as defined in applicable privacy and data protection laws. When you participate in our experiences, we may collect and process the personal data you provide to us. For example, if you participate in our extended reality or other experiences, we may use your email address or phone number to send you pictures or other related materials.
Depending on the features of the specific devices deployed in your experience with us, your snapshot or videos may be further processed for us to provide our services.
Where the law requires us to identify the “legal basis” for our processing of your personal data, it is contractual necessity.
We may provide your data to our partner(s) for the data processing necessary to provide you the experience, and depending on the event location, your data may be transferred outside of the country hosting the event. Our partners may also have access to our on-site devices for supportive work such as system debugging.
MVP Interactive takes diligent steps to ensure the transferred personal data continues to receive robust protection substantially similar to the protection as required by applicable data protection law.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Notice at any time, but will alert you that changes have been made by indicating on the Notice the date it was last updated. If we change the Notice in a material way, we will provide appropriate online notice to you at least thirty days in advance and/or obtain your express consent as required by law. When you use our Service, you are accepting the current version of this Notice. We recommend that users revisit this Notice on occasion to learn of any changes.
